Singapore, January 2026 — The Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society (Singapore) (TUCSS) is pleased to announce the appointment of CMA International Consultants (CMA) as the Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for the ITA World Tunnel Congress (WTC) 2028, to be held in Singapore in April 2028.
